To make an appointment:

  2. Sign on to MyOSH.unt.edu (eligible students only)
  3. Stop by the Health Center

Provider visits are by appointment only.

Please note that limited appointments can be made online through MyOSH.unt.edu. If you cannot find your appointment reason online please call the Scheduling office at 940-565-2333, option 2.

Appointment times are reserved for the problems or injuries for which you have originally set the appointment. As a courtesy to all our patients, any additional concerns will need to be addressed at a separate appointment.

When we are closed, you can call the 24-hour nurse call line at 877-440-0549 to speak with a registered nurse for phone triage and home care treatment options.

Regardless of appointment type, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if possible.
