Make Tailgating Yours Committee (MTY): The Make Tailgating Yours Campaign was originally developed after six years of progressively increased alcohol consumption before UNT home football games. The goal of Make Tailgating Yours was not only to address the unhealthy and illegal alcohol use, but also to increase student awareness about the appropriate pre-game tailgating atmosphere. Paramount to the Make Tailgating Yours Campaign was to keep tailgating a fun atmosphere for pre-game festivities and to create positive change in the culture of student tailgating.
